Chef Jason's Deli

Chef Jason's Deli in San Angelo Texas is one of the most amazing sandwhich shops on earth. The flavor of these sandwiches has taken the town by storm. Definitely not a subway, loaded with more meat that you would think imaginable, with your favorite toppings. The sandwiches cost around $7 but are well worth it. Be advised this place is not for claustrophobic people. Walking down a very narrow hallway of a ~100 year old house, you have to stand on the right (correct) side of the hallway (left) or you won’t get service. This place is also not for those with PTSD. Jason and staff (minus the women) can be quite abrasive and dicks to people. If you don't like being treated like that you can leave, but no one does because the food is so good. Having anger issues, someone going there is VERY likely to snap, jump over the counter and beat down someone in the kitchen. This is probably one of our favorite restaurants in San Angelo (taste wise) and astatically. Definitely a must to try a gourmet sandwich from the deli master himself, Jason!
